Confronting Shadows
This immersive workshop invites participants on a powerful sound journey designed to help them confront their deepest fears. Using a combination of shamanic drumming, rune singing, and instruments such as a trombone, carnyx, and healing bowl, Synkkä will guide attendees through symbolic landscapes that evoke common human fears—survival, loneliness, shame, and more.
Participants will experience the rising intensity of these fears through the raw and primal soundscape, only to emerge stronger as a collective, facing and overcoming their shadows together. The workshop emphasizes empowerment, unity, and the shared strength of the group, allowing each individual to confront what lies within, supported by communal energy.
This is an event for those who wish to dive deep into their subconscious, embracing vulnerability in a way that empowers them to transform. With years of experience in heavy metal, shamanic traditions, and ritual performance, Synkkä offers a unique blend of ancient Finnish traditions and experiential soundscapes. Attendees will leave feeling renewed, grounded, and in touch with their own personal power.
Sacred Conversation
A guided conversation offers the opportunity to unlock relationship blockages and improve communication. With the facilitator's support, the situation is given space, calm, and a structured way to express oneself. This creates an environment where a strained relationship can be approached with understanding, allowing the other person to be seen as a fellow human being, rather than an adversary. The conversation is designed to address real pain points, rather than imagined ones, and to uncover underlying fears and expectations that are often overshadowed by emotions and reactions. By revealing these true desires and intentions, the connection can be rebuilt on a foundation of deeper understanding and trust.

Spirit Elevation
A transformative approach that blends deep conversation, empowering breathwork, and shamanic visualization journeys. Sacred Conversation
A guided conversation, during which it is possible to unlock the locks of a relationship and improve the communication connection. Guidance gives the occasion space, peace and a turn of phrase, which help in inflamed interpersonal relationships. In the discussion, there is an opportunity to dig into real pain points instead of imagined ones and to approach the other person as a person instead of an opponent. The purpose of the conversation is to bring out the ultimate fears and expectations, which are often left at the feet of emotions and reactions, and to open the connection through these real desires and intentions.
